How a club night goes
Arrive
Grab a racket from the box if you need one.
Warm up
Ten minutes of volleys at the net.
Drills
One shot a week: bandeja, víbora, chiquita.
Matches
Rotating pairs, golden point at deuce.
Clubhouse
Drinks and a debrief on who missed the easy smash.

New to padel?
Do I need my own racket?
No. We keep spare rackets and balls in the club box. Bring trainers with a flat sole.
Is it like tennis?
Smaller court, underarm serve, and you can play the ball off the glass walls. Most people rally in their first ten minutes.
What does it cost?
Your share of the court, usually £8–£10 a session. Your first Sunday is on us.
Can I join the team?
Come to three sessions and we'll find you a pair for league nights.
